採用を含むほとんどの業務を日本語・英語でのバイリンガル対応で遂行していただくため、日本語が母国語の方でビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方からの募集をお待ちしております!Most of the tasks, including recruiting, will be conducted using both Japanese and English. Native level Japanese and Business level English language skill are required for this position.

仕事内容/ Duties include

  • Taking part in On-Boarding procedures
  • Answering HR related inquires from employees
  • Assisting with hiring processes by maintaining company job ads, coordinating interviews
  • Manage/Maintain HR related data and documents
  • Manage/Initiate HR projects and events as necessary
  • Collaborate with A&G and Payroll to handle employee related matters
  • and any other HR related tasks accordingly

必須条件 / Mandatory qualifications

  • 日本語が母国語の方
  • 日本国内在住の方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEICスコア850点以上)
  • 基本的なPCスキル
  • ビジネスアプリケーションの使用に抵抗のない方
  • Japanese must be your native language
  • You must be already residing in Japan
  • Business English language level (TOEIC score 850 and above)
  • PC skills
  • Ability to handle business applications
